We have completed our fundraising for the 2009 fiscal year. We raised and donated over $18,000 for pitbull and bully-breed rescue, and for individual dogs in need! It's far above and beyond last year's $10,000.This money came from calendar and merchandise sales, donations and sponsorships, and our events, which featured art auctions and raffles. Venues generously donated door and bar proceeds to contribute to these funds. Burlesque performers, musicians, DJs, performance artists, and guest speakers donated their time and talent to make these events successful. Companies such as Pabst, Pinup Girl Clothing, Karen Von Oppen, Sourpuss, and Charcoal Designs sponsored us and donated items to the project and to our raffles and events. I'd like to personally thank our amazing photographers Shannon Brooke, Tabatha Belle of Cherry Blossoms Photography and Ivy of Wandering Bohemian, and designer Audiogirl, who donated hours of their time to the 2009 Calendar. To our beautiful models on 2 and 4 legs, thank you so much for being ambassadors for the breed, and for all your hard workl! Meet Thunderstorm, our Dog of the Moment! She was a last-day

dog, pulled from the Pasedena CA Shelter by Molly's Mutts and

Meows, where she is up for adoption. She's a staffie/bully mix.

Thanks to lots of Facebook posts and other networking, she's got a
