Woody of PBR for Pups!
Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer has always been a favorite in the Rockabilly/Pinup culture. And now those of us of age can enjoy it even more! PBR sponsored our event in Atlanta, which raised lots of money for Bullys! Woody of PBR was a huge help, and turns out, PBR does dog rescue too! Here is what he says:
"I’m a HUGE dog lover (2 dogs and my wife helps run a “doggie day care”) so this is exactly the type of stuff I like to get involved with. Fortunately, PBR is also full of “dog lovers”! I’ve attached a few pics you can check out from a series of events I’m a part of called “PBR for Pups”. It’s a program to help pull dogs that are taken to “kill shelters” that are in good health and have good temperaments off death row so they can have a proper chance at adoption. The pic of the cookies is actually custom dog treats!"

Michael Rojas
This is a downloadable powerpoint presentation (with outline) on BSL by then highschool senior Michael Rojas. We love that he chose this topic for a project, and we love how he continues to support us and buy our merch year after year.
Michael says :
"I am happy to tell you my teacher loved my topic. She told me that it was the most interesting topic she has heard in years. My classmates really enjoyed learning about BSL and I feel that I have opened their eyes a lot about the true loving side of pit bulls. I have learned so much about breed specific legislation by doing this project." If you'd like to contact Michael or repost/show this material, email him: toyotatacomamike@msn.com
Happy Hound Hotel!
"Little Darling, I just recieved your calendar, and I'm going to order more. That's how much I love it! I just wanted to thank you for dedicating yourself to this awesome breed and spreading the word in such a creative way. My g/f Kat and I have rescued and rehomed so many Pitties in Baltimore that we bought a kennel in Hanover to foster more at a time. .. I grab every one I find, clean them up and adopt them out. Here is a pic of two that I just couldn't part with. Bunny and Pheobe were left to die on the streets, both were near dead when I found them. They are two of the most affectionate animals I've ever had the pleasure to know."

Tommy Dangerously
Radio host for Knuckledragger Radio, he has a show called My Life With Danger Dog, dedicated to Pit Bulls and raising awareness about BSL, as well as the humor involved in raising his pitbull. Tune in and listen to him Sunday mornings. Sometimes we call in! :)
Hounds Good!
"As a former vintage clothing dealer and lifelong animal rescuer, I am a big fan of PinUps for Pitbulls. I have a website/blog HoundsGood: Chronicles of a Virtual Volunteer. I talk about my experiences working to get dogs rescued through the web, as well as other volunteer issues. I have lots of Bully Breed stories. There have been quite a few that have stolen my heart. Last summer, there was a bag of pitbull puppies - only 3 weeks old that were left on the doorstep of a shelter i help. "
Damien in France!
Hello,
After reading your article in the French press I was impressed by your site! I have a rescue in France for "dangerous" dogs!

"Currently i have 9 adult dogs (including one male pit, two female pit mixes) plus three pit puppies (8 weeks old). But i have 4 acres & hope to build corrals so "packs" can be here w/o ever needing to cross paths. "- Chuck Olalla Wa
